One of Phu Quoc Island's Long-Established Favorites, The Crab House

At Phu Quoc Crab House, also called The Crab House, crabs are cooked in every way you can imagine. Those with a penchant for crabs and other shellfish will find this restaurant to be a gastronomic nirvana.

The Phu Quoc Crab House has a simple but comfortable decor across its two stories. The restaurant's name gives away its primary focus: fresh crab and sea crab meals, which are both mouth-wateringly excellent and visually stunning.

Freshly caught crabs are brought ashore by local fishermen to be used with other local and freshly imported raw materials for the dishes here, making the quality and freshness of the food here beyond reproach.

Ca Mau crab, snow crab claws, king crab claws, and milk crabs are restaurant specialities that are always available on the menu. In addition, there are different varieties of shrimp, Vietnamese and imported lobster, mantis shrimp, sea scallops, American lobster, squid, mussels and oysters to choose from.

Team up with a friend or a few family members and tackle one of their signature combos - which contain a selection of different seafood combinations - steamed and combined with potatoes, corn, string beans and crusty baguette. Choose a flavour and level of spiciness and it’s freshly cooked to order.

And the selection of different homemade sauces – Can’t quite decide on my favourite - but it’s a flip between lemon grass butter or the house special.

In addition to the excellent cuisine and relaxing ambience, the restaurant also boasts a friendly and experienced staff who can answer any questions diners may have about the menu's many offerings.

The Crab House, located in the heart of Phu Quoc's Dinh Cau night market area, is a must for any visitor to this stunning tropical paradise.
